EG: As someone who regularly consults affluent buyers and sellers on important decisions affecting their lifestyle and wealth, what would you advise is the best strategy to get the most out of real estate in Sarasota?

We pride ourselves on being the best little city in the US offering a small town feel with big city amenities. Sarasota is renowned for its arts and culture, high-end shopping, five-star dining, quartz sand beaches, nature, boating, fishing, polo and community events.

EG: Can you identify three major advantages that your highly motivated team offers to clientele which may not be accessible with an individual agent?

I have nurtured long-standing relationships through community involvement in local organisations and fund-raising events such as the Burns Court Cinemas, Wine Fest, All Star Children’s Foundation, Sarasota Ballet and Sarasota Film Festival. My real estate experience includes the construction of over 25 custom luxury homes on Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, ranging in price from $2,000,000 to over $8,000,000 which contributes to the depth of knowledge I bring to the table.

EG: Having produced in excess of $1 Billion of Sarasota luxury real estate sales, what can wealthy clients look forward to when being represented by you? 

My specialty is Sarasota’s high-end Real Estate market. I know this market inside and out, and provide valuable guidance and advice to support impactful decisions.
